aw man i live way to far away. but i like mufflers as they are simple to design. tatoo you look into the movement of location on the new design? as that pipe will be a pain to build but by theory will work. i have a pipe stripped i may do a new mini pipe myself and make it a reverso. as my mini design does draw in more fuel. you notice if its working on data logs watching the fuel table. a pipe who ask for more fuel is always good a pipe that takes out well trash it or cut apart and change something. i once made a real cool design and it sucked so bad a stock map was too much fuel. my newest design. wants apros 20 % more over a race map fuel up top but the aprox same fuel in cruise. that was luck. its the design like tattoo just posted the pics. so far that design has asked for the biggest fuel numbers. and sounds rich. my pipe on my bike http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZLWm5-WzQM mike |

So i've had an idea for a new muffler rolling around in my head. I was having a hell of a time finding parts I needed. Well I finally found a supplier for the parts I needed to make it a reality. I just finished it today. It just needs a coat of paint before I install it. In theory it should make good power with a strong midrange. I should be able to get it on the bike this week and give a test run. I'll be sure to take a video like the previous mufflers. If it works out like expected i'll most likely post a how to. If it doesn't work out then it will end up in my collection of mufflers. Jim G. |
