Ok the recall remap works! No more chug-a at 3500rpms in any gear! I've read a lot of trash talk on this bike. Sick of it, get real! Get off the computer and learn 2 grab some air! Try this 4 fun,. From a dead stop, roll out smoothly, get 1st gear to 6000rpm moderatly, then twist like Nikki Hayden. Hold on loosly but tight. Let the bike settle, then "pop" the clutch for second,HOLD ON! 2nd will raise controlably but RADICALLY powerwheelies a GSXR would b proud of! Try it BEFORE u get remapped, but get ready for SKY after. This was tooo easy. B safe folks

I think what he is saying is just zip it and grip it.
I can agree with some of it. This forum is an outlet for folks to noodle every single issue they run into on their 25r. Is that good or bad? Some of the questions make a whole lot of sense while others are just plain silly. And yes, that includes some of my questions. Personally I think you should spend more time riding and less time worrying. But the beauty of a a forum is that everybody gets their voice heard...some just more than others.

So in defense of Timi...no translation needed...Ride on!

What I'm saying is.... This 1125 is an animal. I have read all kinds of stuff on this bike, and most of the neg. Talk is BS. A first year effort is always going 2b bugs etc..(get married and tell me I'm wrong!) so give it a chance. As far as wheelies as I posted, power at will!! GSXR's are the standard by which bluecollar people can afford, and Buells first attempt is an excellent effort on their part!!! 2nd gear ROCKS I just got mine broken in, so give me a break. I'm new 2 the pwr, and I'm stoked!! LOVE it I just giggle and smile at every stop sign! Poor GSXR's they don't know how to take the 1125. The look through their face shields is like this. ??????!!!!????

In the words of the beloved show "Family Guy" .... "BRING IT ON!!!" Ride safe, and I agree, these bikes make some serious low end torque, I just love the smooth power they make. So don't worry about it Timi, and welcome to the Buell Family.

i have to say 2nd gear roll ons are much easier for me to control and actually hold. i took a big chunk out of today doin just them. 1st gear is just to much power for me to feel comfortable. but 2nd ohhhh yah

Jmr, are you on the R or the CR, given your comments about 1st gear power?

Timi, it is funny that you should use the term "animal" in describing the 1125r. I got a vanity plate for mine: ANEEML. Here is my bike's namesake:

animal
