See profile for upgrades. Never down, extra clean. 8000 miles. Pit Bull rear stand, service manual, owners manual, Crossroads clip-ons, CRG mirrors and bike cover go with purchase. Would prefer to sell locally, (statewide or surrounding). Can deliver if needed. E-mail for pics or see a few older pics at www.myspace.com/984v2. $5000 or best offer |

Bump... I'm throwing in an Arai RX-7 Corsair helmet, Icon Motorhead jacket and a Bates Leathers mesh jacket, if wanted. Like I said in the original post, I'll deliver also. The bike has to go. Make me an offer I can't refuse. Email for pics at rhryan70@yahoo.com. |

I agree Eric. It sucks that no one wants a good, clean, non-abused bike AND it sucks that I have to sell it. Looking at the classifieds here, people are practically giving these things away. If they would just hold on and stand firm at a fair price, maybe the value would be more stable on these bikes. Plus, with the economy like it is, I doubt if a motorcycle is on the top of most people's "must have" list. I think Joel needs a bike. |

I feel your pain 100%!!! I am trying to sell mine right now, a 98 S1 in awesome shape with some aftermarket stuff for 3700. I might actually go down a few hundred more. I think the stock market has ruined the resale motorcycle market right now, and with gas prices on the decline, people are not looking for fuel friendly vehicles so much anymore. Good luck with your sale! |

Thanks Dustin. I think I might have to switch gears and put my Jeep up for sale and keep the Buell. Good luck on your sale too. |

Ted, Thanks for the good words. I've been doing fine. Stop by and see me sometime. Eric, Thanks to you too. Hope all is well your way. Dustin, The Jeep is an '01 Wrangler. Yellow with a black soft top. It's a 4 banger, 5 speed, 4' lift, 33" tires, Rokmen corner guards and bumpers, but I haven't put the bumpers on yet, and a bunch of other stuff that I can't remember at this time. It has 98000 miles on it. Runs great, looks decent. Thinking about asking around $7300 for it. I have pics on myspace if you want to see it, or hit me up at rhryan70@yahoo.com. |

Well, I think the bike is officially off the market now. I think that's a good thing. It's too good of a bike to just give away. I put my house up for sale instead. Anybody looking for a nice, solid home in central Indiana? $49,000, and I'm taking offers... |
