I've seen pictures here of billet turn signals that shine front and back. I can't find a post that identifies where to get them. If anyone has these (barrel shaped, two rows of LEDs shining front and back) can you point me in the right direction?

Anyone know if the bar end indicators at that site are DOT legal?

WDE,

We live in TN. It doesn't really matter if they are DOT legal or not.

Our cops don't give a crap.

If you have signals, you are ahead of the game.

I'll look you up next time I'm at Bumpus. I need to ride the CR.

I rode around in North GA on a Firebolt with no signal lights and no headlights (not at night). I blew by two county sheriff's at 60mph.

They didn't turn around.

As long as you aren't in CA, NY, OR, or WA, you are probably pretty good.

Not true in NY. I've been followed by many a cop with mine... Remember, Y'b fala yd'das:

Ft_bstrd, my old Yamaha XT350 dual sport had a burnt out headlight, and the turn signal switch was jammed so i couldn't use that either. Cops never bothered me. They must of thought the kid out riding in a t shirt and visor less helmet while its snowing in December has enough problems of his own : )

Those bar end lights are sharp, but I tend to require sliders in that spot.

Another alternative in double sided trun signals would be the Kellerman bar end indicators. Fitting these would negate the need for 'traditionally' mounted front and rear turn signals altogether.

These are available in various finishes from around US$94 each from Spiegler USA.

Are those Oberon signals dual channel? I didn't see anything about it on the site, but then again, it's rather poorly translated.

If you have signals, you are ahead of the game.

Kind of a similar story in NC. If you actually use your signals here, it's like you are from another planet...

Seriously, Kellermann's are my preferred way to go. I've got the bar ends on my V-Rod (with all the stock turn signals removed), and have a set of the white lensed units waiting for the XT-BOLT to replace the front signals only (due to the idea I have for auxiliary lighting...). The links on the Kellermann website work when viewing the German language version.
