I put the heating elements on and then put epoxy on the bar and throttle. attempted to slid the grib on and for the best of me i couldnt do it. very frustrating. is there a trick?

also i pulled of my pod and notice zero coolent in the expansion tank.. it only has 900 miles. so i guess the factory doesnt like to fill it up. now i have to purge the system. damn.... anyway back to my ?. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use a shot out of a compressed air gun at the end of any new throttle grip install...

...they go on like butter.

I prefer hairspray for grips over any glue but thats just me.

Top off the rad (when totally cooled down) and then overflow and recheck in a day or two, she might have sucked it back in during your new bursts of pleasure! : )

I do the hairspray thing, too -- but I spray it inside the grip then push it onto the handlebar while still wet. Get it into position in a hurry, though! To remove, spray wd40 (use the 'straw) inside the installed grip. Both are very old tricks from the days of pushbikes.
