I cut my cheesegrader off and drilled new signal holes for the stock lights. I milled a slot and made a plate holder. I love the new look. What do you guys (and gals) think? |

I think I would have ditched the stock signals, but other than that it looks good. I just used some cheap L brackets from the hardware store for my signals. |

I am a fan of the stock signals.....thats just me. I'm sure that a lot of you guys know this, but, I put rear turnsignals on the front to eliminate those spacers and bring the signals in a little. That new grater looks sharp 08XB12....Kenny. How about some close-ups and some details on where you cut and location of the trunsignal measurements (if you don't mind) (Message edited by ironken on October 05, 2008) |

I built my toy box last summer. Needed somewhere to store and work on the bikes, sleds and boat. Its 30' x 64' with 12' doors and 11' side walls. I heat it with a pellet stove so I can use it year round. I don't know how I ever survived with out it. As far as the stock lights, I wanted to keep it DOT approved. I built fixtures to hold the tail and wrote programs in my CNC mill to remove the grader. I currently sell aftermarket Snowmobile parts (www.muffinworksltd.com) and custom machining in my spare time. Maybe I'll do bike parts as well. |
