Country my 99 M2 did that, it was the oil pipe from pump to filter, the crimping wasn't tight enough at the pump end. I took it off & had it nipped up at a local hydraulic specialist, til I could get a new one. |

2001 M-2L "Orange Crush"- Brings me smiles everytime I think about it, and gets me fired up on the long rides. The best part about the Buell seen is the people you meet, they are all characters in their own right, and will help out a fellow Bueller in a heartbeat. Put me down as satisfied. Brian |

County, be more specific about your oil leak and maybe we can help. Where does it leak or where do you find the oil? There's fixes out there for all your problems, bud, just ask. |

'99M2 purchased new 04/99...exceeded expectations. '98 S1W purchased used 08/99...I knew what to expect... '96 S2T purchased 05/00...as a predecessor to the M2, there are no comparisons. Simply an excellent machine and great all around motorcycle capable of doing many thing really well. '02 900SSie Ducati...oooohhh aaahhhh mmmmm...and you were thinkin' the S1W has a 'grin' factor!!...as they say, you bring a Ducati to life, all other bikes you just start. |

2000 M2 'Blue Streak'. I bought it cause a good friend had a 2001 M2. I've loved this bike ever since I got it. It's had it's quirks and stuff I've had to fix, but I contribute that to me ragging the hell out of it on a regular basis and my 'experiments' with stuff on it. They're cake to fix though. Good engineering practice. This is the first bike I've owned, and one I will keep for the rest of my life. My goal is to eventually have a stable full of Buells, and get this one all cleaned up and polished again. Overall, Buells and the entire Buell community have been a big influence on my life. I've met a lot of awesome people in the past two years of owning my Cyclone, got to bang around the hills of East Troy with half of the guys on this board, meet Eric Buell and hear his vision, and a host of other things, including a trip in the works to go see Newfie. I am one VERY satisfied customer. |
