Our calls made earlier in the week led us to Aaron and Nick @ Toledo HD. The entire team at Toledo HD offered the Best Customer Service that I have had to date! Many businesses could really learn a lot from this TEAM. Mike, the Buell Tech on my 11, offered a great deal of information and displayed genuine concern over our past ownership issues. His post flash test ride input was told with honest smiles of satisfaction! I didn't get a chance to meet the other Buell Tech working on my friend's 11 but his test ride brought about a smile from his face as well! We were even invited into the work area where a new CR was just unloaded from the delivery semi truck. If I ever need any service again or wish to buy another HD/Buell, I'll make the trip again and recommend that others do the same! As you all stated @ Toledo HD, this latest flash is the correction that we've been waiting for! Both bikes are running great now! Thank you all again!
