Just picked up 1125CR and was wondering how often the fans should turn on ? Did a search and didnt find any threads. On the way home from the dealer temp was 187-189. Both fans came on after about 25 miles. Air temp about 84. C |

i notice that mine run often - which is fine with me - but i know for 600 miles you arent supposed to go over 6K RPMs but has your bike cut out for a second (mine has done it shifting to 4th under decent acceleration a few times) or died after a neutral rev of any kind? |

07, It didnt cut out at all. I didnt go over 6k rpms. Kinda breaken it in a little bit harder then the XB. Varying the RPMs and Up and down I am used to riden the XB so the 1125 liquid cool is new to me. When I test rode the 1125R in March it cut out 3 times within 30 min. C. |

like if i go from a stop and accelerate hard but dont go past 6K, when i shift to 4th it like stops but doesnt die but then i let out and continue to 6K shift to 5th, same and 6th no problems - its weird |

Mine come on at 171˚ and will shut off if CT drops below 160˚. Sure of the first, not so sure of the second number. Been a few months since I've seen it that low while running. Z |

YES! Freaked me out a bit. Happened a couple times. I think it's the solenoid. I think I'm going to have the Dealer install the wide bar stuff, and when they have it apart to do the throttle lines, have them do a solenoidectomy. Rob |
