Even before i remove the niod in the diag. mode the tps was saying i was getting 100%. after the removal it said 100%. do i have to reset the throttle position? or is this the true 100% throttle. | ||

The noid does not keep it from getting to 100%. The thing that the noid does is limit how fast you put the throttle on and in some instances as in the 3rd gear at around 4000 rpm, I can't remember the exact rpm but it just kills the throttle if you go wide open. |
