Here's my "work in progress". I just finished the paint. Once I finish on the bags I'll post some new shots. It kind of looks like a Cobalt Blue in the shade (as taken). But in the sun it looks bright PURPLE! |

Here's a couple of quick shots with the hard bags finished, and mounted. At dusk again! One day I'll get a shot in the sun! That's all for now! I'll be leaving for CA in a couple of hours. If any of you southwestern bueller's see a bright purple S2, say hey! |

I took the S2T for a little ride to Utah this weekend.
The S2 did great. I lost a front brake mount bolt somewhere before Monarch Pass. After freezing on the Pass I met up with the Denver group and my good friend Dave noticed it right away. Lucky for me a Ace HW store was across the street. Two dollars later I was back in business.. In the three days I only put on 1000 miles and the bike did great. What a sexy ride the S2 is! |

Thanks for posting those pics of me Phelan! LOL. The post above made by my name was actually nitsebes posting pics of me on the S2 I bought from him. I was on his computer the previous night and forgot to log off so he posted it under my name by accident. And the trip ended up about 1600 miles after a route change and a small detour to Columbia, MS to stay the night there. |

I love your bike bluesboy. I tried to get the money to buy it last year but just couldn't come up with it. Definitely one of if not the cleanest S2 I've ever seen. I still have some of the hi-res pics of it on my PC somewhere. |

I took the S2T up to Breckenridge this weekend for a company outing. Here are some pictures: We stopped just outside of Fairplay for a break.
The next day we went up to Loveland Pass and stopped about a mile from the top to avoid the crowd.
After Loveland pass we took the back roads into Dillon CO around Dillon Lake
When I was leaving Dillon I checked to see if I could make it back to Breck without stopping for gas and I noticed my speedo and had to take a picture for 1313...
When I got home the left side saddle bag had one of the "screw in hook things" loose but the right side had two loose so if I did not have the bungeed together one or both would have fallen off. (Message edited by f_skinner on June 15, 2008) |

Blues, you bet, Buells are made for Colorado. When coming back into town we hit the HEAT... Lynn and I both wanted to turn around and go back to the 70 degree mountains. Hoosier and Loveland Pass were very comfortable with our gear on. |

Can anyone point me to a pic of a bike with the black-on-one-side, orange-on-the-other. I've scoured this section unsuccessfully. (Thinking about giving the Sportster a fresh paint scheme.) |

Bluesboy, I think he has most of us beat. Ebutch has one of the best looking S2s on the planet. It still looks great and is functional as well.... Heres to another 119K Ebutch. Frank |
