I'm not a pro mechanic and it shows. How do you get the rear lower screw out of the right scoop so you can access the coolant tank? I don't have a T-30 short enough to fit between the screw and the rad hose. Do I need a special torx wrench? I don't care if the answer is obvious. Please share. |

Doug , get yourself a socket drive T-30 , or a angled torx ( "L" shaped ) , I use a 1/4" drive T-30 for my 1/4" ratchet , just fits |

I'm looking into making some kind of an access on the inside of the pod next to the fork so I can get at the overflow tank. It's an extreme hassle to remove all those screws. My thought is to make the access area big enough to be able to fill the overflow tank when needed. Has anyone been able to tell the antifreeze level from that little round window inside the pod? Does nothing for me. Thanx |

Has anyone been able to tell the antifreeze level from that little round window inside the pod? Agree the access window is worthless! |
