If the engine is running lean because of a faulty ET sensor (or any reason) in turn causing it to detonate, would the AFV show a value higher than 100?

The thought leading to this question was...if it is running lean, would the AFV be trying to compensate?

I logged my bike and VE the log with Megalogger.

The table ended up so rich that the oil was being washed off the bores of my engine and the stainless exhaust tip was black with soot.

Faulty ET sensor.
