I enjoyed a little swivel thing on my Honda Elite 250 scooter for my coffee cup. I see this thing today on Fox website http://goodtugo.com/ wondering if maybe it had an app with our Uly's for carrying the java. I run all over town sometimes and short trips. Like to take my coffee. You guys do anything this valuable to our existence yet? |

I had a cup holder from Aerostitch, it worked great, it would hold even during wheelies. At about 130mph the wind would start to push the cup up and out. Ram Mounts makes a cup holder too, I will probably pick one of those up as a replacement. Also, Aerostitch has a 3ft long straw available too, so you don't even need to stop to drink. Now if I can only figure out a way to get rid of the one piss break a day that I take..... |

Froggy, you need to get yourself an external catheter that runs down your pants and exits near your boots, like Thane Silliker does when he does his Iron Butt rides. "Silliker, who hails from the southwestern Ontario town of Mount Brydges, holds the Halifax to Vancouver driving record of 56 hours and 36 minutes. Except he did it on two wheels -- his 1998 Honda ST 1100. His record time was helped by a strategically placed catheter to reduce the need for pitstops." Article here: http://www.wheels.ca/article/29143 And note how many bathroom stops he indicates on his personal page of the ride here: http://www.silliker.ca/2009/03/cross-canada-stats- from-my-2001-record.html That, is dedication. |

I have found that a cup holder for coffee on a bike doesn't work for me because the coffee gets cold too fast. I use a thermos instead. It gives me an excuse to stop and check out the scenery and stuff. |

Thermos in your tank bag, right? I was thinking insulated cup. I was used to my nifty little scooter last summer running around town which usually meant a St. Arbucks run...and taking it with. The scooter is totally blocked from wind. Shorts, sandels and t-shirts. I miss it! |

56hrs? I could do that. How far is it? About the drink temperatures, my cold drinks would get warm fast while riding. I don't know about hot drinks as I hate them. I like to keep an electric cooler on the back for longer rides, so I can just grab another cold one should I desire.

I just stand my travel mug up in my tank bag.Hot coffee when I get to work. Sometimes it spills a little so my tank bag smells like Hazelnut. |

Great pic Froggy! One for the archives of your life. Does your underseat 12v socket handle the cooler? Is it a Coleman? Might be a nice top rack piece of electric luggage someday. |

Yes plugs right into the underseat outlet. Not sure the brand, I found it in the shed, its at least 10 years old now. These days many products like this are made by one company but then various brands rebadge it, like Vector, Black and Decker, possibly Coleman too |

56hrs? I could do that. How far is it? Ahhh... according to Google maps, it's 3,613 miles. If you want to do that, you'll need a bigger cooler... |

That Aerostich drinking tube doesn't work with Mountain Dew bottles. I suppose it's the carbonation, mine just kept flowing untill I unhooked it. |

I don't have a pic yet, but I just put a mountain bike water bottle cage on my LH mirror stem (I run CR mirrors, thick stems) using 2 hose clamps off an old radiator. Worked great on the way to work today |

I'm with the Brit. Cup holders???? On a bike???? On a BUELL???? Of course I can think of one useful employment of a cupholder on a Buell: Just add milk, fire up the Uly, let it idle for a while and voila. Ahhh! Fresh, creamery butter! |

Hmmm...... Buewulf, you might just have something there!!! Let's take it a stage further...... Why not fit the cup-holder on the RHS of the frame, just where all that lovely hot air comes out!!! HOT frothy coffee!!!! To all you pussies who fitted the Comfort Kit, read it an weep! |
