I know a lot of you were somewhat incredulous about me getting 10,000 miles out of a rear Corsa III, but I really did. However, the second only lasted 6500 miles as I had to replace it this weekend. I am somewhat disappointed with the huge disparity in miles between the two as I ride pretty consistently and don't beat on my XB too much. |

Maybe they're like light bulbs. If they made them as good as they could.......... Rotzaruck! |

The first was one of the original tires when they began manufacturing the Corsa III. I was fortunate enough to get in on the deal where they sent you a free front with purchase of a rear. The front lasted 14,000 miles and I just swapped that out a month or two ago. Maybe they made that first batch extra good and subsequently didn't focus so much on the next runs. |

The only nice thing Rich is that Cycle Gear has really come around on tire prices. There isn't nearly the cost savings buying them on line any more. I actually had them mount the tire on the rim for me yesterday. I walked in expecting to not be able to get it done right away and they did it in 20 minutes, so it saved me the trouble. |
