I had my Arai helmet cleaned by a detail guy at the dealership where I work. He broke the side pod on my helmet. I only needed 1 and they don't sell them in singles, but they had an extra left pod which is what I need. Not really a big deal, but I told them I would tell everybody on Badweb and American Thunderbike Club. |

I can't say enough good about The Service Pavillion. They are without a doubt top notch in service in every way. I had a broken side pod that they submitted the warranty claim for. I needed it in two days, but they needed the side pod to submit to Arai. They overnighted one at no cost AND paid overnight shipping to get it to me on my word that I would send them the bad one. They are top notch! Arai, on the other hand. |

I let the dude ride my motorcycle so I could hear it run past me on the Interstate beside where I work and he has been cleaning my motorcycle, the helmet and has filled the gas a couple of times. Sometimes it's good to be the King. Oh yeah, and not THAT helmet. |
