Last week I was at my "local" dealer and set up paperwork on my recall. Saturday their parts department called to let me know it was there. Yesterday when I called to get the appointment made the jerk service writer "guaranteed" me that my parts were not there and they wouldnt be for a couple more weeks. I asked him to verify with parts, as they'd called and said it was there. After a bit he came back and said it was there. I asked about an appointment and said I'd be waiting for the reapir as its about 45 miles to the shop from my house. He then informed me that I'd have to be patient and wait as "they are the only Buell dealer from Denver to Wyoming and a lot of people are coming in for that recall" How can a lot be there when he "guaranteed" me the part wasnt there? |

FYI, Just got off phone with Aaron again. My appointment is set and I'll be shining bright tomorrow. |
