Been looking allll over the place for this 7/8 hex socket...I have a xb9s 2005 trying to take off the rear tire and the right side of the swingarm socket is giving me a headache...so anyone willing to SELL this special socket...or can point me in the right direction...??? I've read the different threads...and still need help...? Thanks in advance Adrien |

Check your tool kit that is under the seat of the bike (or where ever they put them on the Lightnings). It's got an adapter that fits right into the axle that you can throw your 7/8" wrench right on. It looks like a big nut with a snap ring in the middle. Alex |

Yeah...i've read that it (should) be under the tail section...however, I purchased the bike second hand...so it was never there to begin with...would anyone be willing to sell one to me? Or where can one be purchased...? What brand? Online? Thanks Adrien |

Or pick up one of these: http://www.nomartirechanger.com/product/accessorie s Works on all hollow-axle Buells and most other brands. Has a 3/8" square drive on each end. |
