bring that 12R down to no problem raceway for some of the track days. bigeasy and i are pretty regular there. tigertrackdays.com i rarely make it up to shreveport on the bike, but sometimes end up in between there and monroe on a sunday ride before heading back south. ride safe, tim |

Just find your local "Pagan's MC" clubhouse and ask to join them.... They have La. charters |

The "Pagan's MC" is a Buell club? |

I was being "ironical"..... Oddly, however, like all the other big M/Cs, they do allow Buells, as any custom or stock frame with a 74" or larger HD engine is permissible as a membership machine. |

the local red & yellow crews (Banditos, Hombres) seem to love the older tuber frame Buells. Any time I get one in, the club prez's gets a call. They seem to snap them up pretty damn fast. |

This is true of all of the major clubs, not just those SW org.s (Message edited by tramp on July 20, 2008) |

I wanted to start one here. I've seen quite a few Buells but never when I'm on my bike. I only see them when I'm in my truck |

Tmc- You should START a nice Buell club, there... you know- "Cajun Thunder" or "Bayou Buellers" something |

Well like I said I never can find the Buells around here when I'm on mine. I'm in my truck when I see them so it's kinda hard to chase them down |

Tmc- it's simple: Make some fliers, announcing the formation of a new Buell owners' club in Shreveport. Give it a name, and set a date and place to meet up (Burger joints and bars are great places for this kind of intro), and visit some area dealers with copies of the fliers, and ask them if you can post them, there...also ask if they'd be interested in sponsoring an event or two. You gotta take the initiative. I can't start a new club, in my area, so I organize a run, each year, with a cool logo, theme and name. this allows a shlitoad of Buellers from about 6 states to meet up, which is a really nice time. |

Actaully, announcing a Buell run could be a fun start, as well.

Also- you should start a Louisiana ride board kinda thread in the Storm Fronts section of this site. |
