I just want to say hey to you guys! I just bought a new to me 2003 XB9S with the full race kit. Now its the waiting game for the spring.... I have it at work in a heated garage(I had lunch with it today). I need some ideas to do to it over the winter. I plan on doing some bar end mirrors to it but what else should I do?

Chop off the cheesegrater, mount up some clip-ons or just get lower bars, reroute the breather, get ECM Spy and a cable, get some Pirelli Diablos, and fer chrissake change out those lollipop turn signals. Were the stock ECM and can part of the deal? If so, you can get some pretty good money for the can on eBay, and there are a few guys in here who have had some success modifying stock exhausts.

Oh, and don't let Eric ride it.
