Yeah, I don't think so JP. She probably needs to take it around the block before she takes it all over New England. Maybe, someday... |

Ok Nate! Spill it then! Tell us you've obtained that 1125r? Do you need to update your profile? (Message edited by ducxl on July 04, 2008) |

Just want to say hi to you guys. Me and wifey got back a couple of days ago from our trip from lower MA to Newark, NJ. Flew back to G'boro, NC. Upstate NY was beautiful! Reminded us of VA. 9W going south from Newburgh towards Tarrytown at the crack of dawn would have been a real kick in the ass on the Buell! What county do you guys usually ride in? |

So,yesterday we got a very surprise invite to take a launch out to the middle of the bay and toured the "LSU" U.S.S. Whidbey Island. An amphibious landing ship.We got to sit in the "Old mans" chair as well as a close up tour of this "Dark" room. The ship is equipped with missles and gattling guns too. We went back today but the ship's store was not open because the crew was marching the parade. If anyone wants, even to bring the children,we're going back tomorrow for one more tour. This is open to the public, but strangely, few people are touring.Maybe it's due to it's low key nature. So,let me know if you want to tour. The ship was involved in one of the Iranian gunboat incidents a few months back. Nate, spill it. Sunday at an undisclosed earlier time (7:00), at the usual undisclosed place (Carl's) sounds good to me. I finally finished making my fork and swingarm sliders. No more skateboard wheels for me. Hope I don't ever have to find out if they work. |

THe best part is,it's all FREE! Free ferry ride out/back. I'm told the ferry is paid for by the US gov. for moving the servicemen back and forth from ship to shore. I want an official shirt and one of the infamous brass Zippo lighters/w the ship insignia. On another note, for those unfamiliar, the original undisclosed location is Lowell's restaurant on rt.140 ON the Mendon/Bellingham line >>>>>>HERE<<<<<< |

8AM is the meeting time at Lowell's restaurant. Then we SHOULD do the traditional loop so we can hopefully be home before the 'T storms set in. OK? |

Count me out, ladies. In full crisis mode out here: Woke up this morning all ready to wall-mount my brandy-new LCD picture-box, with all them ugly cables routed inside the wall. And now I'm sitting here recovering from a flooded living room with ten stitches in my right shin... I really need to give up on this DIY BS. Swing by for some coffee tomorrow after Lowell's and get your jollies hacking on me. Get it out of the way, ya bastards. |

Oh man that sucks. Looks like there have been a few guys on here having a tough summer. If ya ever need a hand with stuff like that. Just give me a ring and i'll swing by to lend a hand or two. I'm not the best at home repairs but i've yet to send myself to an emergency room doing any. lol |

Dude, you should have seen my finger after my last home improvement. 10 stitches, and I thought I was going to need a graft. The best part is when you pull the stitches out yourself because you don't want to pay for another visit. (Message edited by eboos on July 05, 2008) |

I'll carry a small facecloth to wipe my shield. We won't be out late enough to get caught in the 'Tstorms. Jim,can you find Lowell's ok? It must be about 15 minutes from you. |
