Here is what Ft Monroe looked like. When you see the seawall and the waves, that's the view from my back door. Much worse than a "stiff wind" thanks. My ceilings filled up with water and then collapsed. Picture water soaked drywall and insulation on or in everything you own. $3500 in damage and I got off light. My brand stinking new Duhammel Shoei got trashed along with my Buell gloves. Stinks, but could've been much worse. Idiot that I am, I had no renter's coverage. Idiot.
