I ordered a pair of EBC pads from a well-known store for my 2002 M2. The package says "2002 XB9R" The part# is FA345HH. Will they fit? I would have ordered them from a BadWebber but I bought a jacket and needed to buy something else to get free shipping and I know I'll need these soon. Thanks.

The front brake for a tuber is completely different than on an XB, so the pads don't interchange. Visually, the pad you want has the hanger hole on the outside of the curve. Looks like you'll have to exchange them.

That's what I was afraid of. Is a 2001 M2 the same as a 2002 M2?

As far as the brakes (and virtually everything else), they are the same.
