Man this one is frustrating! I was riding at about 80 when my check engine light came on. I slowed down and when I was about to stop it went off, so then I sped back up to 80-85 and it went off again. I slowed and it was gone. This happened 3 times then magically stopped. Sometimes I think that Herbie the love bug possessed my bike, and it likes to play games with me. Does anyone have a clue? I know that I can't take it to the mech's unless the light stays on so that they can read the error code. I would love some advice... |

I thought error codes were stored. |

when it comes on at speed, push the clutch lever out away from the handlebar. Mine will sometimes throw a "clutch input" code at speed, and doing that turns it off. |
