Court, I am wondering if you can point me in the right direction to getting the latest issue of Fuell sent to me and making sure my name and address has not fallen off the mailing list for some reason? For some reason, I've not received any Fuell issue since Fall 2007. Just checked online the other day, and I see there is a newer issue out there. The only thing that has changed is adding my 1125R to my online profile at Buell.com right after buying the bike (early April). So, I started by checking my profile to verify mailing address is correct. No issues that I can see. Called customer service, but the lady directed me to HOG. She tried to transfer me, but connected me to some guy's residence instead. I called HOG, and they politely directed me back to customer service, explaining that they haven't dealt with anything like that since BRAG shut down. Called customer service again, and the same person (Dana...got her name this time) answered. Seemed confused, and put me on hold to try and get the correct number to connect me to at BMC. Instead, I get connected to some voicemail that doesn't even say who it is. I left a message on the voicemail, but after the first time she transferred my call I honestly don't even know if it was someone at HD/Buell. | ||

Trust me. . . adding a Buell tosses everything off. I sent (years ago) my first registration in and under VIN listed "multiple" and they mailed the check back to me! I'm still not registered, but fully intend to! Send me your info and I'll take care if it pronto and have someone contact you with confirmation.
