I'm almost done!! My problem was a detent plate/backed out pins. I'm trying to tighten the clutch nut, but since its a reversed thread I keep compressing the suspension. I have the back wheel strapped to a 2x12 with 2 straps...still no luck, is the only way an impact?? I cant seem to get a solid crank on it..Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!! thanks a bunch.. Kyle |

You need a sprocket locking bar, a piece of metal that goes from the teeth of the clutch sprocket to the teeth of the crank sprocket at an angle. When you tighten one nut the torque goes through the primary chain to the other sprocket which pushes against the rotation of the tightening nut's sprocket. You can make this out of a piece of scrap metal. |
