Since we don't have the service manual yet, does anyone know how to adjust the slack out of the throttle?

At the twist grip there are adjustment nuts to remove the slack. Back off the knurled lock rings and adjust the nuts to remove the slack. When satisfied, turn the knurled lock rings to lock the adjustment.
