I ordered seals and bushings to rebuild my forks (Gotta leak in one) and was wondering if anyone had a fork spring compressor tool and the fork seal driver. If so would you be willing to lend it, rent it out or something in that area? Im out in olathe.... obviously I would take care of it. My buell would appreciate it :P Thanks |

Hey Cafe, take your forks down to Cafe Racer in the West Bottoms. I had them work on mine when I had my forks serviced and powdercoated. They did a great job. |

Yeah, that would be cool to see familiar faces. I was pretty miserable with allergies on Friday. Saturday, I got soaked and headed home with tail between legs. I'll likely be dual sporting down there later in the summer and maybe a street ride again in the fall. |

Olinx.. Greg at Cafe racer is a good guy but he does not fit into my poor mans budget. I was just hoping someone local had atleast the fork seal driver so I could avoid the home deput action. |

born and raised there... Moved to the kc area back in 99\00 time frame. Ride wouldnt have been so bad but when I hit St Joe area it started to rain.. I had rain gear on but just normal shoes. Mainly rode for the next 4 hours w/ wet feet. That pretty much sucked. Sioux city is doing their biker night event around june 18th (not sure the exact date). Might ride up for that. So, we made it to Australia.. It's the middle of the winter here but the temps have been in the 60's and low 70's. Going to the Buell dealership today to check it out. It was pretty cool when we were leaving the airport after we finally got here there was 6 Buells parked in the bike parking at our terminal. I haven't seen the 1125 running around yet, but there are a ton of firebolts and ulys. The flight from kc to la was good and the flight from la to auckland new zealand was ok (no problems other than very very long) this is where the fun began. we left auckland at 5:30 am and was scheduled to arrive in melbourne at 8:35 am. Melbourne was fog covered and we couldnt land. we circled for a bit and then were rerouted to adelaide. about 600 miles from melbourne. Due to the size of the plane and adelaide not having customs we had to sit in the plane on the tarmac for 7 hours. They werent prepared for the layover so there wasn't any food or even bottled water available. It was pretty much like being held hostage. We eventually made it into melbourne around 6:30 pm. We've driven around a lot of the small beach communities very much feels like southern cali. This driving on the other side is throwing me for a loop. I haven't drove yet because just riding in the damn car freaks me out.. Anyways more later and hopefully I can find the cord for my camera so I can upload some pics. Larry |

Went to the MO-KAN bike show at hooters last week. Not a very big turnout because of the weather. Rode some fiddys up there and Dan Jackson put on a little show. This bike was in the show. Look familiar?? Larry.....?

MMM Huh!?!? You mean the Biker Boyz roast your balls trip? I don't remember any high side. I do remember almost bursting into flames on the ride home and seeing Lee's dad passed out at Bass Pro Shop. |

bwesky, I had all the tools he needed to fix it right. i wouldn't even worry, there were only four bolts left over when he put it all back together. I couldn't find where they went either |
