Guys, I haven't looked yet, but can you take off the mirrors for a track day and still have the fairing connected to the fairing bracket? Wasn't sure if the bolts could just go back in there without the mirror stalk. Also, with the integrated turn signals, where do you disconnect the wires? Up in the mirror or down behind the fairing. Figured I would ask while I was thinking about it. Thanks. (oh yeah! I'm taking this bad boy out to the track on Monday!) (Message edited by dtx on May 14, 2008) |

A pair of tie wraps will do the trick well. They have been holding the front clip on my firebolt for years. Easy on the wallet too.. Have fun at the track. you can be sure your bike will be turing heads when you get there. What track are you going to? Seth |

The wires are behind the fairing. They run down a channel in the fairing support and plug into the harness in the center, underneath. Two bullet connectors, twist and pull. Z |
