... Or GET 'em started young .. damn typo in the title .. oops My daughter Nevada, who will be 3 June 7th ... says faster daddy, and I'm a racer ... (although it's when she is sitting on the tank with me riding around our cul de sac ...)
Detailed a guys bagger for this ... got it for her, but you know I am having my fun on it ... I figure I have until her feet touch the pegs to worry about making some sort of training wheel set up for her ... (Message edited by tattoodnscrewd on May 14, 2008) |

"If that isn't a reason to have kids I don't know what is." Here in Wisconsin guys have kids to gain 3 more tip-ups for ice fishing. How many cc's is that thing? |

Nope!! I can tell by the look in her eyes, she's not going to wait that long. You might as well go ahead and get her wrapped in leather and armor. She can reach the throttle, that's all she needs. She's a cutie!! Enjoy her all you can before the other boys come around....won't be long. Rotzaruck!! |

Thanks for fixing my typo Kristi ... I remember going airborne over huge dirtpiles in an industrial area (read - mini - mountains) on a couple 50's my friend had - that was big fun ! I can just imagine what kids would be like with them ... Thanks everyone ... that lil girl is my world - definitely 'daddy's lil girl'... wonder how things will be in a month or two - she will be having a younger brother or sister here before July ... The bike is a 49cc ... goes pretty good once you get going .. she absolutely loves it .. she calls it 'Vada's rumm' She for some reason doesn't say her full name .. and she has called motorcycles rumm's since she started talking ... she'll probably be a better rider than me by time she gets her license ... she's a little garage girl too ... pretends to fix the S1 all the time and helps me clean the bikes too ... she cleaned her own when I brought it home! Tim - she has grown alot since last summer - you should hear her talking - speaks in full sentences and can already competently play video games on a Nintendo DS ... crazy ... I always make jokes about when she gets to be 'that age' ... I've studied kung fu and a couple other forms of martial arts ... so I have a few nice weapons as decorations here and there ... wonder what the average young boy would think when he comes to the door and there's a tattood up guy carrying a sword in one hand and a Heinekin in the other .. think it would be just a touch intimidating ... My wife trained our girls to take no crap from any one, especially a boy. They also let every teen on a bike know that "my step-daddy's had bigger bikes than that..." and it pretty much holds them off. |

Tattoo - She's adorable! My 2 girls didn't take to motorcycling although I tried. Snowboarding yes, bikes no. Now my 3 year old grandson is enthralled with all of Papa's bikes. I'll have him on a KTM 50 as soon as his mother will let me! BTW, I've got another grandson due in 2 weeks. I can't wait. |
