I was thinking about Rebecca's Too on 1 Maple St. in Mendon, right by that crazy intersection by the Fire Station. I went there with my wife once and the food was tip-top. 9r: Eric had me make some edits to a race map for you. Eric? You out there? Can you hook the brother up so we don't have to hear him popping, pinging and farting all day? I'd load it, but my data cable is on loan. (Message edited by scotty_j on May 10, 2008) |

I just realized tomorrow is mothers day. I am supposed to take mom out for breakfast. So, I dont think I will be riding in AM. Scotty, sounds great. I had bought a race ecm, but I am gonna try to sell it and get some money back for it. Do you need to copy anything off it, I am sure you had the 03 xb9 maps already. I love the buell a lot but feel like I am on a moped when I ride with my rice buddies. |

Blast! I shouldn't have said anything. We would have had you thirty miles down the road before you realized it was Mom's Day. Don't need anything off of your Race ECM. Sell that bitch and buy an open A/B kit. Or a 1-inch hole saw and make your own. The map has the fueling and spark advance of the race ECM, plus a few other wrist-happy tweaks. |

Data Cable? they can put a man on the moon, why can't you just email the map to the bike. I can tell my wife I need new tires because you guys did something to the bike that caused them to get all worn out! I have a ton of holes in my airbox, but all it did was seem to make a lot more noise. People do tell me they like the way it sounds though. |

You'll have to set up an email account for the bike. And the only reason you're not getting good performance from your mods is because your fueling sucks. Thanks to a couple of crazy Germans, we now have the cure. All hail Ralf and Gunter!! |

That's the one, Greg. But 6am, Darren? You newbies are early risers for sure. And it's pretty cramped inside, but they've got a deck out back... but not so good for the early morning. Who are the six? Me, Greg, Darren, Eric (maybe? Eric??), Uuuuuh anyone else? |

OK, command decision time. Rebecca's Too, 9am. It looks like it'll be Greg, Darren, Eric, and me. I'm sure they can handle 4. Bitches? Gripes? Complaints? Enjoyin' the three-buck Chuck's, Trahan? I am. (Message edited by scotty_j on May 10, 2008) |

Just cracking into them now! Kickstand beat into submission.... need to take the tape off and do some minor odds & ends...who am I kidding, i am done for the night! Jane came and got her boat, I am surprised she even noticed it. That thing was SPOTLESS when I left it in the driveway.... f'N battery was dead when she came for it the first time....I missed my kid's game to finish it...NEVER AGAIN! PITA she is.... |

And you didn't even do a single burnout on it? Gotta scrub those tires in for your customers, y'know? See you at Rebecca's, ya homo. |

The bike seems to be running a little smoother. I think it is because of the cool evening air and the fresh gas I put in on my way home. |

Jeff, we HAVE TO KNOW. Is it still popping? Is your throttle happier? Does it spin up quicker? Regardless, we're on the brink of starting datalog sessions and we want to make your Buell STUPID. Testify, brother. (Message edited by scotty_j on May 10, 2008) |

I started and ended my ride on rt146 so I honestly really didn't get to check out each gear fully. I did notice less of a throttle delay or lag, and I do think the tach needle was moving faster than before. It definitely idles smoother. The popping on decel was ever so little compared to before. I came straight home so did very little riding. I will give you more feedback after my next ride. Thanks again for the help. (Message edited by 03worc9r on May 10, 2008) |

I wanna but there is some over rated occasion going on tomorrow that is tying me up a little. So, the 9R test bike will not be showing. Let me know if anyone has any NEW tires that need testing... |

I think Eric has some. They're down to the belt in the middle, but there's plenty of post-burnout sidewall rubber left. Tomorrow, we should only need the sides anyways... |

I just found out my parents are MOST DEFINITELY moving to upstate NY. Looks like there's a crash pad for rides with the HV crew! |
