I've decided that my lovely noise from the top-end is coming from bad lifters. So now comes the big question....which to use?

Crane?
Feuling?
Jims?

Second question...do I need to replace the cams at the same time? I know your not supposed to do one without the other in an auto motor.

If you are going to do one without the other, you are doing it the right way. We prefer to do the set.

We have lifters(Cycle Rama). Also good are S&S. S&S bought Cranes' motorcycle division (most of it anyway)so you would be good there.
