Just got my new Uly and started adding stuff right off the bat. Spent a whopping $4 on some slip-on grip covers to increase the grip diameter. Makes them feel all soft and squishy too. These are actually sold as replacement cushions for custom H-D grips.

I did almost the same thing. I wanted larger diameter grips and also went with gel impregnated grips. Big difference with vibration and comfort. But I know I spent more than 4 bucks. |
