I'm not happy. Buell are treating everyone outside the US like second class customers. Not only do we pay much more for our bikes compared to US residents we miss out on deals. Take the current one where during April and May if you buy a 2006/7 XB12X you get all the bags free (or a special finance deal). Personnaly I don't rate the bags as they look lame, I would never put a top box on any bike. The thing thats winding me up is that IMHO all Buell customers should be treated the same but when it comes to deals at least, they are not. I want to take this issue up with Buell marketing but cant find the address. Can anyone help me out? Thanks. |

If Buell starts treating all customers in all markets the same.....it will be a first for ANY manufacturer Good luck with that |

That's easy. Drop a note to: Mr. Eric Schmidt Buell Marketing Harley-Davidson Motor Company 3700 West Juneau Avenue P.O. Box 453 Milwaukee, WI 53201 Part of marketing is to match machinery to markets, in other words to moderate or jump start demand, so applying a blanket marketing campaign would be a bit self defeating. However, I'm sure Eric would welcome hearing your thoughts. Court |
