I have the shock on my bike. It's not here, where I can shoot a pic for ya and post it up but there are three ways that the res. has been mounted.

One - field expedient - Strap the res. to one of the passenger peg mounts.

TWO - Some fab required - an 'H' shaped bracket can be cut/welded and mounted in place of one of the passenger peg brackets, you can use the same mounting holes in the sub-frame. Then you use a couple of good hose clamps and you can secure the reservoir to the 'H' shaped bracket. This works pretty good for street type use and the occasional track day. The problem with this mounting (as I found out later) is that under full compression the res can impact the swingarm.

THREE - Mount the reservoir to the cross member under the seat, you will need to drill a hole in the bottom of the under seat plastic so you can reach the adjuster knobs and you will need to reroute a few things, but it can be done and this is a good solution for racing type use where the shock will be going to full compression a lot.

I'll try to get some pics for ya. You may also want to drop a line to Rick at RnR cycles. RnRCycles.com - He's been in mine a lot doing the conversion from street to race.

Hope this helps some. Once it's on, you're gonna love the shock!
