Tough to say . .. may have been an element of sympathy after the crying . . . . may have been that THAT many people mislead pollers. . . . but most likely, at least partially, related to New Hampshire's odd voting rules. You do not have to register in advance, you can register at the poll and do not need to be a NH resident. You can simply say you are a student or intend, at sometime in the future, to move to NH. I heard a radio program yesterday where they were interviewing folks in a small town about the number of out of state buses of folks who came, voted and left. Sounds like a bit of stretch to do it in sufficient numbers to overcome the 8-10 points she was down in the polls. . . bottom line is I do not know. I suspect that, after Super Tuesday, the gloves will come off and some of her past doings will likely haunt her. I keep thinking I should try to treat myself to one of those big Wall Street bonuses by listing "Husband of a prominent Hedge Fund CFO" on my resume'. Ridiculous. | ||
