i need a front fender still since i got inverted showas and i have not found any at a good price, will an xb fender fit the older forks?

No it won't.
You'll need a fender off an inverted fork tube frame, unless of course you you mounted XB forks.
I did the same thing with my M2.

hmm... well anyone got one laying around, the wanted section of this forum doesnt seem to get much use.

I have an original carbon fiber from Buell. It is however a little faded. No breaks though and is original Buell, not a knockoff. It'll bolt right up. Make me an offer.
