I just got a huge package (I always wanted one of those) of Carbon Fibre body parts from American Sport Bike for a customer of mine in the Armed Forces overseas (Iraq). I just want to say, Al and crew are top notch! The service was great (IMMEDIATE rectification of a very small shipping cost error), the customer service was fantastic, the parts look great (If they don't fit, I'll note it, but I'm guessing that WON'T be an issue), Al was VERY considerate of my time constraints, and the pricing was righteous. I'm VERY impressed with American Sport Bike so far, and I just wanted to say it. Also, Thanks ->AL<- for setting me up with that battery, you're great guy to do that and I will never forget that! (for me to compliment a business takes a LOT, too. I'm a picky sumbish) | ||

I have to say . . I have never heard anything except that opinion and it is so wonderful. The American Sport Bike folks are not only smart . . but they are nice. I mean . . these are the kind of folks you look for reasons to send money too. Never gets old hearing the stories about Al and Joanne! We could tell Al that if it doesn't fit he's going to Iraq to adjust it . . . that ought to do it. Thanks for the great news. Court | ||

I call him the Buell Guru. I feel smarter after talking to him. Court +2 with looking for ways to ship money over. Always a pleasure buying from American Sport Bike. Kudos to Al and crew for answering tech questions when they have no obligation to. | ||

Al called me up once when he noticed the part I ordered wouldn't fit my bike. He called me up and asked me if it was for my bike and then told me it wouldn't fit. It cost him that sell but it has earned him my business for life. I have since bought products from him and am always pleased with the service. |
