Sad for the people of New York. It's like he found a way to screw everyone in the state. |

Nah. It's like noticing the blister before he stuck it in. He has been working to screw the people of NY for years. They've found out before they "contracted" something serious. |

but when did they have a politician blow his brains out on live tv like our guy in pa. i tend to think there's more corruption in pa than new york. originally from the pittsburgh area and i have no desire to go back there to live at all. |

Fascinating . . . . I called my Mother, who id deep in politics, and told her "I'll see your Kansas "family values" Attorney General (a great story in itself) and raise you a Governor. Spitzer's problems (he'll be resigning today) are exacerbated by his holier than I pursuit of anybody and everybody that crossed him. Interesting to have had the video on the NYSE floor up yesterday and see the cheers during the announcement. My son in Beverly Hills is in the Insurance business, the one that Spitzer went after last year for business practices that were not illegal but that he didn't like . . . funny thing was that Bryce and my old college roommate were two of the people that stood up to him and told him to go screw himself. They were holding a party last night. What goes around . . . . comes around. Don't you just know that Bruno, even with his sketchy ethics record, is celebrating today. We are sorely lacking for leaders in this country. |

Robert "Budd" Dwyer (November 21, 1939 – January 22, 1987) was a former Pennsylvania politician who, on the morning of January 22, 1987, committed suicide by shooting himself in the mouth with a revolver during a televised press conference. What goes around . . . . comes around. in this case, he deffinitely got a "round" why don't politicians take example of the japanese and commit that hairy carry thing to themselves when they do wrong to avoid disgrace. oh wait, if every one did that then there wouldn't be any around. |

Now watch this guy run for President in 2012. Or get appointed to a VP or other position with this year's results. |

... If the dishonest ones off themselves, it'll make room for honest ones that normally wouldn't be able to get in. |

The only problem is, I don't think the system would let an honest one in. At least not competitively... |

I feel sorry for the spouses and family of these people. Most of them don't deserve the public embarrassment or humiliation. Can't imagine how something like this would effect my family. I pray for strength and wisdom for the innocents. |

I heard on the BBC here that it was something like 2000 bucks a throw for this tart, she must be something really special! Just think, for the price of half a dozen shags & he could have bought himself a new bike to ride. What a div! |

I think the problems start when folks become "career politicians". I think its odd that folks whom I wouldn't want to get to know or spend time with, are trying to convince us that they are somehow "right"!
