My first book, The Biker’s Bible – Fun and Survival on Road-going Motorcycles - published in paper form in 2002, is now out of print. This new book is much more than a revamp of the original and contains a further six years of motorcycling and writing experience, experimentation, and just sometimes, pain and suffering! Please take a look at it on www.bookhabit.com where the first part can be downloaded free. The title is Come Motorcycling with Me – How to Stay Safe while Having Fun. The direct link to it is http://www.bookhabit.com/competition/book_details. php?book_id=66# While it’s aimed primarily at new riders and anyone returning to motorcycling after a lapse, I like to think that there is something in the book for everyone, even if it’s just to bring to the fore what you may already know but have not thought about for ages. A refresher course if you like. And to download it as a 1.7MB PDF file will cost you less than a cup of coffee! Oh, yes. And if you do take a look, or better still, buy the book, please vote where invited to on the website. It just might help me win a prize on offer. Graham Allardice |

Graham, the first chapter on choosing a bike is a good read. Unfortunately I didn't have your sage advice before buying my bike.....
