Doerman not at this dealership they are the best and have helped me when other shops would not, they treat me like family there and would by another bike from them, and my son also will be buying from this dealership and good dealership would be on the customers side because it is there bread and butter, the Harley shop near were I live was bought by Bruce rossmier and they are losing buisness I hear, they have lost me as a customer and so has Manchester New Hampshire, all the dealerships I have gone to in the past does not compare to this one, and they are doing every thing they can. I think Buell CS and launching a bike that was not ready for there 25th Anniversary is the problem and I do not blame them for doing that it was a good move to have an all new motor to show off in a new chassis, but I think that they should bend over backwards to meet there customer demands when problems arise and do not think that they are doing that for me but maybe they now are I did get a call back from a buell employee about the fuell pump and it will be there by tomorrow afternoon and then we will see what happens. Mike - I think your last sentence is the best course of action. Wait till the fuel pump is in and go from there. It *is* possible there was a voltage problem with the fuel pump for some reason. It is just an electric motor after all, and if it was pulling too much juice...well, take a breath (it sucks, I know) and see how she does after the pump is installed.

And I do agree the communication could be better...but how do you file for a "lemon conversation"? Personally I think lemon laws are a waste of time. There is *always* a solution. It may take time, money, parts and patience to find it...but it is there. All a lemon law guarantees in my mind is bad blood in the end.

Please keep patient, and keep us posted. Think about how much fun it is when that needle passes 8000 rpm, that'll get you through : )

Thanks Ratbuell these forums help pass the time and think I will go for a ride on my sons blast but after riding the 1125R it feels like a toy and I feel embarrassed riding it, but at least it runs. Mike

Sparten the dealership is 120 miles away and they came and picked up the bike, I do have my sons bike to get things done but is no fun riding it at all after having the ulysses and now 1125 the ulysses now feels slow and not registerd so I can not use that and did have a close call on it, so I took it as a warning to stay off of it until insured and registerd. Has anyone checked the grounds on these bikes? Buells are notorious for "bad ground" issues, which will cause all sorts of problems from ECM to fuel pumps.

I had a problem with a X1 battery going dead. Charging system checked out fine. Removed the GPS tracking system, went thru the flow charts and believed it to be a bad ECM. The ground strap from the swingarm to the frame had too much powder coating on the frame mount. The star washer wasn't enough to make a good ground. I scraped off the coating, reattached the strap and the problem went bye-bye. Customer was thrilled not to have to buy an new ECM.

Hey guys they got my bike running and now got to see what else it needs it was the fuell pump but still think the charging system is not quite right and looks like it is me that has to prove it, I rode the Buell Blast all day and was wearing my full heated gear and could not use the gloves because they got to hot, I will have some test to do when I get the bike back, I have an amp meter and I think I will get a volt meter to and see then what I can find out, I have two batteries the one in the Blast that I know heats my gear so I will disconnect it and run the wires to the battery and see how it heats my gear, then I will do the same to the 1125 battery and see if it is the same, I think this could be called a load test or battery test, if they are the same I will be going over the bike and start at the ground cable and will report all test results when I do them, the oil that I put in the blender still has not gone clear which is Castrol 20w-50 motorcycle oil and Lucas oil went to clear in 1 hour 45 minutes, do not know what this means but Lucas is better than Castrol which is an unfair test it is synthetic against regular oil.
