Author Message   Elpanameno Posted on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 - 09:18 am:        I rebuilt my top end and after putting everything back together the bike is running great. Unfortunately i cant get the slack out of the throttle. I adjusted the throttle and idle near the handle as much as I could and there is still a decent amount of play in the throttle. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this?   Jos51700 Posted on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 - 12:52 pm:        I'm guessing the idle cable has come off of the cable pulley down at the carb or throttle body.   Bad_karma Posted on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 - 12:35 am:        Shawn Check both cables at the carb, insure that they are in their respective socket and I lock wire them at that point to the bracket. Also adjust both cables. Joe
