First let me say that if any of our sponsors are offering a similar product, I'm unaware of it and apologize. Having said that, has anyone got any experience with these kevlar Long Johns? http://www.dragginjeans.com/category.aspx?category ID=39 I've always liked the idea of the kevlar lined pants but didn't like the idea of throwing away perfectly good kevlar because the denim had worn out from every day wear. Let me hear your opinions, not just about these long johns but kevlar protection in general. |

I have not ever tried the long johns, but I have talked to people that have used their other products. The kevlar can be scratchy. Some people said they found it an irritant. YMMV |

I have a pair. Before I washed them the kevlar was pretty soft but with each wash they get more abrasive. It's not too much of a bother riding but I wouldn't want to wear them every day. Never crash tested them so I don't know how they hold up. American Sportbike sells them. |
