Sounds good what time of year is it warm enough to ride up there (40 or warmer) Springtime. There are roads within an hour of Boston that will give you an ear splitting grin. Definitely bring your bike. |

some of us ride in the colder temps. I won't ride under 30 degrees, no heated gear. |

Head south into Rhode Island. There is some really nice riding down that way. Might be a little too cold right now though! |

Go west from Boston and there are plenty of roads. You can also take a day trip into Vermont where the roads are great. There are also some great short trips into CT with more great roads. I will take an occasional ride around Cambridge, which has some interesting sites and stops. Find your way to Moto Market in Acton on any weekend and you can hook up with other riders, just get route suggestions, or buy some gear. |

When I was enlisted I was stationed at Fort Devens, MA ('83-'89). I usually ventured up to lower NH/VT. Awesome roads and just as awesome scenery. I really miss everything about New England. Definitely take your bike. You'll love it up there. |
