You know some how the Black vs Barricade "orange" debate kind of reminds me of the tale of the Star Bellied Sneeches.... Besides everyone knows that Valencia is the true orange, that other color is just a cautionary hue |

Congratulations on the new bike! There is nothing out there that feels as good as a Uly. I hope you get a break in the weather, so you can enjoy your Uly a bit sooner than Spring. You're really going to love it; even the black versions feel better than anything else out there. I see you live in Wisconsin. Make sure you make it to the 25th Anniversary this coming July. It's really going to be a Good Time! |

Lets get this straight: Black = faster Orange = safer Blue = cooler 2. Congrats! I'm dorky enough to be saving up pics for Wisconsin's Rustic Roads patch. You probably already know about that eh? |

The great thing about a Buell. It doesn't cost much to change the color if you feel the need. |

Atoms, I didn't know about the contest until you mentioned it but it does make for an interesting goal this summer. There are some awesome roads in Southwest Wisconsin. I used to enjoy riding them on the Nighttrain, they should be even better on the faster black Uly. |

Atoms, Thanks for the idea-Mayer is right it will make for an interesting summer. Mayer-ever ride the "Mindoro cut" on 108 between West Salem and Mindoro? Pretty cool. Hwy 88 just north of Fountain City is cool too! |

12x9sl I haven't ridden up there yet, I generally ride West and South of Madison, HWY 60 along the Wisconsin River is pretty good and there are a lot of roads off of 60 that provide some great riding, such as HWY130. 78 and 92 are some of my favorites, I don't think you can go wrong if you just head out without a plan and see where you end up. |

78 and 92 are awesome around Mt. Horeb. 78 just received fresh pavement this past fall. |

Hey Mayer- if your up for doing some adventure riding in northern wisconsin let me know- theres a ride for cancer research thats a dualsport event sponsored by the AMA so its legit. But I went last spring and it was a hoot, especially with the "big bike" routes. I think it goes on during early may late april. I'll be posting it under big bad and dirty when it gets closer. |

Buellerandy, I'd certainly be interested in hearing more information, I think it would be pretty cool if we could get a couple of Uly's there. I hope they don't mind if I don't exactly know what I'm doing! |

They won't mind, I didn't know what I was doing the first time, thats why you do your own pace Last year there were a total of 3 or 4 Ulys present along with a bunch of beemers for the big bike category. |
