I thought one of the shops like the Harley Dealer in Maryville(near the Dragon's Tail) or Bumphus in Murfreesboro might have one by now. These are major dealers, specially Smokey Mountain Harley Davidson, whats up?? Most of the dealers in middle Tennessee have my cell # with a "arrival request" attached. |

Actually I need to drop off my ST across the street for some 80k mile work. "Sweetheart" what are we doing next week??? Time2Work Neil S. |

CC, I have a V-Rod I'm trying to sell so I have the funds for one of these. Had to decide between a Ulyssys & the V-Rod , which to let go of. That was easy -LOL, Uly is way too much fun to let go but I think this one will be a blast even more. |

I'm impressed too dude, but not impressed enough to trade in a 2007 V-Rod that cost $18,000 and that I've put at least another $2,000 in on that 1125 that they want $12,000 (not including taxes) for. Shoot, I'd have to come up with another $2,700 plus my bike (which they called a "city bike"), they're nuts. I do like the Buell but I figure they would sell my V-Rod for $16,000 easily and make $4,000 there plus a couple grand or more on the 1125, talk about being the meat on a double screwing sandwich! I probably have the neatest Night-rod Special DX in Middle Tennessee and I believe they could sell it quicker out there in the "sticks" than that 1125. So I left and wasted a full day with some people who I'll advise nobody to spend time & money driving out there to visit due to unfair dealing. They never even said thanks for coming and they were the ones who called me. Not really rude, but they didn't give a rats rear that I drove 150 miles (one way)to visit their store. Abernathy's in Union City is the one so don't anyone waste their time, there are better (more fair) people to deal with. Blue book value is $11,815 on a stock good condition Nightrod special, $15,875 retail book value. They sold these as fast as they made them last year and had a waiting list. The 1st guy I talked too there said he sold that particular model as quick as they came in and trust me, mine is waaaay better than a "good condition" stocker. |
