has anyone done the flatslide upgrade? Notice a difference and if so were? |

Yes, many have installed the HSR42 Mikuni. The biggest advantage is tunability and smoother throttle delivery. You won't have any increase in HP unless you do more motor work but there is a noticable improvment in drivability. I have one on my M2 and an S1 I built last winter. Brad |

What they said. Throttle response seems crisper and more immediate. I've got HSR 42's on my S1, S2 and FLHR. It's a great upgrade and easy to do. rt |

Did you look at the thread that shows a direct comparison of a Keihin and Mikuni? http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/11076.html?1114721919 The dyno chart can't show the difference in throttle response... which is significant, btw. It's definitely the way to go. |

thanks guys gonna throw er on sometime soon and prolly put it on the dyno at work just to see if i can get it fine tuned. |
