Fellow Buellers... It's a dark day in America for me... but the lights just went on for you. :-) If you know your tubers, you'll quickly recognize how cool and tasteful my X1 is.... probably an 8.5 out of 10 (which ain't bad given that it's 7 years old!) Album of photos at: http://picasaweb.google.com/GearheadInLA/2000BuellX1LightningForSale102007410PM02 • This bike turns heads everywhere it goes – people think it’s a custom show bike. I love it, but now I need the cash more than the bike unfortunately. • Black bodywork over polished parts that include: polished stainless header pipes, billet-like finish on aluminum tail section, swingarm, pulley, wheels and more. • Galfer/Braking WAVE rotors with sintered sport pads front and rear • Performance Machine polished/spun aluminum rims • Pirelli Diablo-T tires (180 on the rear) • Vance & Hines exhaust • Race ECM • K&N Filter Kit • Race-style/Trick oil Blow-By breather/catch tank. • Updated 2002 style short-throw shift linkage • Custom-made Saddlemen Gel seat on stock pan (it’s the single most comfortable seat ever made for a Buell) • Well maintained, never raced, never crashed • All recalls and regular maintainance performed - has new rocker box and primary cover gaskets • New grips, footpegs, gnurled steel bar end weights. • Runs great, sounds great. • 20k on the ODO. • And also the buyer gets: Stock exhaust system and ECM, stockbrake parts, Dynojet Power Commander, other stuff. • Clear title (of course) • Those dark spots on the ground near the bike are WATER (I had just washed it) not oil. The bike is tight. I'd prefer cash. Let's see if we can work this out. (Message edited by jerry_haughton on October 21, 2007) |

Cuel... it is a nice bike... and I think it'd take all of $400 to ship it to you. :-) I have a couple people coming to see it this weekend though. |
