the pocono event was fantastic. the track was good, the people were great, the food rocked, plus you could ride someone else's new bike. if you can't enjoy these events you need to find a new sport. very well run, eager instructors, plenty of track time. they seem to have the event nailed. hope buell continues it, i plan on attending as many as possible next year. well, they could have done a better job with the weather, i still don't understand why they let it rain like that? |

Hard to find *anything* to object to at the Mid Ohio event. It was great! |

I agree with Mikes post but I felt that no info was shared about the riders lines around the track and how they can converge and cause problems. |

Hey Shred, I was at VIR.. as you know.. and I loved it! I thought the day was without a doubt a model of 'How it should be done'! I'd love to see MORE Inside Pass dates next year. Heck, for me they don't even have to bring out all the demo bikes.. although that is a great way to do some test rides.. The staff was good, professional and very friendly and open. You never got the feeling that you were 'just visiting' so to speak. The premium track time, food, advice and any needed assists (both on and off track) were great! Those that missed out, well.. They really missed out.. as for the rest of us, I doubt you'd find too many who would say they wouldn't do it again.. |

Shred Missed you at Pocono, guess I was too stoked with the 1125R and having the old X1 at the track. I loved the format: if you want help ask for it, if you don't go ride. I know there were a fair amount of crashes at Pocono, maybe 6? That was the only part that sucked, waiting for the meat wagon to get back so we could ride again. Well that and the weather, that rainstorm at the end was something else. I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for more of these events, I'd even drag along some friends. Hell I tried to go to Mid Ohio the week after (sold out)! So please do some events at Beaver Run, Mid-Ohio and Pocono next year. I'll see you there. Matt |

Hard to find *anything* to object to at the Mid Ohio event. It was great! I second that. I absolutely loved it. I just hope they do it at more locations next year! I've been watching the website for a schedule. I plan on signing up for as many as I can that are within a resonable distance. |

Our local Chapter had one in Aug. at the local track. The Autobahn Speedway. We all had the best track experience ever. I wish they could offer more, seems all of the days offered were sold out. Whomever came up with the idea is brilliant. Sponsor a track day to all riders, bring your bikes to let them ride them. I sure have never hear of Honda or Yamaha trying that. We did seven sessions, I rode my own bike just twice. This was pre 1125R release, so most of the riders from our group went to another at Road America to get in on that.
