I'm sure this has been asked and answered...but can't find it through the search page. Does anyone know the size and type bolt needed to plug the O2 sensor bung in an EFI header? |

Not sure -- as I got info about converting my efi to carb most agreed that it would be ok to just keep the plug in place and snip the wire -- |

I'm sure that would work...if I had an o2 sensor. |

take the header into your local faster store, they will have gauges there that can tell you the thread size faster than anyone here can guess. I would be able to tell you if I had a Header near me but I don't, sorry... |

IIRC, the head of the bolt to plug it, is 18mm.... Been digging through my crap, cant find it.. Plugged an Injected Force pipe, for use on a M2... Dont qoute me, but I should be able to find it.. Chase |

I took my header into Auto Zone and found a oil pan drain plug to fit. |

Thanks guys...It sounds like I'm going to have to drag the whole system in to find the right size. Chase, I'm doing the same thing putting a Force on an M2. Might be easier if it was just the header. |

Take it to a store that specializes in fastners. You won't get any strange looks there. I am sure they seen stranger things brought in |

You could... Go to the parts store... and find the O2 sensor that fits.. Bosch 12014 Then, usually, they will have a thread adn pitch gauge, match it with the appropiate drain plug... Chase |

Chase, Did you have any trouble mounting up the force to that M2?? The rear mount doesn't want to line up to anything...I think I'm missing something...and can't figure out where to mount that front strap. |

I was sorta the middle man... I picked it up, plugged it, and shipped it off... Never saw it on the bike... as I mentioned before, the only one I have seen mounted in person, it Tripps.. But, if you are using the "Z" Bracket, it may not work, I have 2 "strap" mounts on mine.. The front strap, wraps around the pipe, and mounts to the bikes, Y mount... Chase |

I just saw this and wanted to offer: Most muffler shops have the plug you need. |
